How to make Kopi Tubruk

Enjoy a taste of Indonesia with this traditional Indonesian coffee brewing method.

Ingredients:

  • 20g of Beaneka ground coffee
  • 300ml of hot water (200F)

Steps:

  1. Put Beaneka ground coffee in a cup
  2. Pour a small amount of hot water into the cup and let it sit for 30 seconds
  3. Add the rest of the hot water in a circular motion and steep it for 4 minutes
  4. Break the crust and remove the crema by using a spoon.
  5. Let it cool down for 2 minutes before enjoying.

Feel free to add condensed milk, sugar, spice, and everything nice to make Kopi Tubruk your own!
